Mayo Fleadh Concert
Sal performing at the launch of the Mayo Fleadh in the Westport Town hall in May 2023 alongside some of Ireland’s finest musicians
Finland
Sal and her sister were asked to perform at the Finnish Irish Festival of Oulu with ‘Wonders of the Wake’ group in October 2022.
Austria
Sal and her family (Westport Scoil Cheoil) organised a trip to Salzburg in April 2022 with their music students where they performed in the University of Mozarteum. Here they spontaneously play ‘The Maids of Castlebar’ and ‘Trip to Cullenstown’ on a guided tour of the Sound of Music!
Scoil Acla Recital
Sal and her siblings Kate and Paddy were asked to perform at Scoil Acla’s Recital in St. Thomas’s Church in Dugort in July 2021.
Achill International Harp Festival:
Sal and her siblings Maggie and Kate performing a set of slip jigs (Aasleagh Falls and the Spirit of Kylemore) at the Achill Harp Festival.
Sweden
When studying classical music in the University of Gothenburg in 2021, Sal was asked to perform an hour long concert for the Glenntown Irish Music Festival with her sister Kate.
